We have chosen our girls through their vertues as each influenced our vision for Juell Collies over time. Our line found it roots in the old Parader and Tartanside lines that provided solid classic collie look along with the solid top lines and correct front/rear angulation.
Through years of hard work in establishing trust, we were able to obtain a quality brood bitch from esteemed breeder Judge Carl Williford. Through careful selective breeding to Blu Ridge collies we were able to get Anna. Anna established the refined head detail and expression we were searching for in our girls.
Anna's many BISS awards come from the elite collie breeder judges, beginning with John Buddie, Larry Willeford, Nancy Anstruther along with 2018 CCA Nationals AOM from esteemed judge Gwen Means.

Hope like her registered namesake is a treasured gem in our kennel. Her exquisite head detail and expression when combined with her graceful curves and overall balance has allowed her to earn multiple BISS/BOV/BOS to BOV awards under esteemed breeder judges Jacqueline Caruso, Mike Esch, Jerry Sulewski, and Connie DuBois.

Olivia is a half sister to Prince and marks our return to Valley Park by pulling in GCH Valley Park Allegation AOM. She is currently in whelp to GCH Valley Park Barnstormer AOM, completing the circle. She exemplifies the collie expression and temperament coming down from Tartanside collies through Valley Park collies. She has both her majors and is just singles away from her championship.
Olivia is now owned and loved by Kellie and Roger Barry who are working on finishing her championship.

We found Emma as we were planning a breeding to Seth. Her head detail and expression immediately caught our eye and confirmed what we saw when we went with Mary Lee to select her pick of the litter. The quality of the litter was further established when Emma's brother took 1st in the prestigious KEM Memorial sweepstakes with Emma placing 3rd among an entry of 33. She finished her championship with 5 point majors over the same weekend accompanied by a BOS to BOV.

Taylor's expression, structure, head detail, and temperament insured he will always have a place at Juell's Collies. We searched for two years to find the right sire for Hope. We strongly considered breeding to his sire, GCHG Southland Aurealis Island Nights "Kasen", ROM - 2023 CCA BOB, until we found his son CH Barksdale Skydancer I Declare "Wesley", whose dam was GCHB Belleville's Mancatcher Annie "Little" - Select Bitch 2023 CCA Nationals. The combination of the potency of Kasen's and Little's virtues through Wesley proved significant across multiple breedings settling our decision to breed to Wesley.
Taylor is still only just over 7 months old in the picture shown.
